FEES

Individual therapy sessions vary based on length.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I work exclusively with Lyra Health or cash pay clients.  


If you do have insurance, I am considered an "out of network provider," meaning that I do not have a contract with insurance companies and am not considered a prefered provider. I can provide you with a superbill so that you may be reimbursed by your insurance company for a portion of services received.

Please be sure to ask your insurance company how much they are willing to reimburse for services. Also ask if you need a referral from a physician before seeking treatment. Check if you have a deductible for the year, ask how much it is, and inquire if it has it been met. Not all diagnoses may be covered, so make sure to find out what diagnoses are covered by your insurance provider, and where you should send claims. 

CANCELLATION AND FEES

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I require 24-hour notice. If sessions are canceled, rescheduled, or missed without sufficient notice, you will be charged a $250 fee.

COMMUNICATIONS

For scheduling, email me at audrey@pragmaticsolutionspsychotherapy.com or call by business line at ‪(562) 600-0182. Please limit communications to scheduling issues and reserve clinical information for session time, as it is difficult to ensure privacy over the phone or email. For medical or psychiatric emergencies, please dial 911 or go to your local emergency room.

Please note, I do not provide crisis treatment. All communications via email or phone should be limited to scheduling, billing, or other administrative concerns.
